The Dinner & Concert package includes reserved seating concert admission and a 3 course pre-set "Wine Country Cuisine" dining experience with wine pairings and breathtaking panoramic views of the winery and Lake Okanagan at our Terrace Restaurant. If you have purchased the Dinner & Concert package you will be contacted by our Terrace Restaurant to secure your dinner seating time between 5:00-6:00pm.
The Reception & Concert package includes reserved seating concert admission and an elegant pre-concert reception in our beautiful Visitor's Centre featuring exquisite food and wine pairings. The reception will be hosted by Mission Hill Family Estate's Director of Wine Education Ingo Grady and Sommelier Jesse Harnden. If you have purchased the Reception & Concert package doors will open at 5:30pm and the Reception will be from 6:00-7:30pm.
All Dinner and Reception tickets will include reserved seating.
All Concert Only tickets are based on first come, first serve in our outdoor Amphitheatre.

Frequently Asked Questions
Where is Will Call located?
Will Call is available at Select Your Tickets (click here for outlet locations) until 12:00pm on the day of the event. Any remaining tickets after this time will be available for pick up directly at Mission Hill Family Estate after 5:00pm on the day of the event.
What if I need a refund?
Tickets are non-refundable except in the event of a cancellation, in which case tickets are refundable at the original point of purchase only. Tickets purchased online will automatically be refunded to your credit card.
May I buy tickets the day of the show?
If available, day of the show tickets may be purchased in the Mission Hill Family Estate Wine Shop. There is no additional charge for day of the show tickets.
What if it rains? May I bring an umbrella?
All concerts are performed outside and are held RAIN or SHINE. Please dress for the weather. There is no covered seating. Shade umbrellas are permitted only prior to the performance(s) and during intermission. Normal rain umbrellas will be permitted in inclement weather only.
May I bring a chair?
Both Dinner and Reception package guests will have seating provided on the base of the Amphitheatre in front of the stage. Concert only tickets have seating provided in the raised bowl of the Amphitheatre. Seating is based upon first come first served when the gates open.
Is the concert series accessible to people with disabilities?
Mission Hill Family Estate is wheelchair accessible. Wheelchair access will be available for the performances at the top of the Amphitheatre. For additional questions please call (250) 768.5125.
May I bring a pet?
Mission Hill Family Estate does not permit pets into the winery grounds.
Is smoking permitted?
Smoking is permitted in the "Designated Smoking Area" just outside the Keystone only. There is no smoking within the winery grounds.
